The hotel is a lovely small hotel just finishing renovations and right in the center of town with onsite parking. The location was great for walking to restaurants for dinner, and short drives in either direction to Robberg for hiking or the animal sanctuaries. The Honeymoon room is spacious and has great ocean views and newly updated. Housekeeping was consistent and did a great job. The breakfast at Adi's is a bit different but nice. Adi's for dinner is really good. Great location for walking to other dinner options. Overall it was a lovely and comfortable hotel in the center of town.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean. They also prepared a welcome gift for us as it was during our honeymoon which made our stay very pleasant. The room was a decent size and also had a balcony.

Spacious and clean room with good seating option and spacious bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Fantastic to be able to hire an umbrella from the hotel. Breakfast was very good with a sufficient selection of fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads, and a choice between 2 hot meals. Overall a beautifully decorated hotel in a great location, easy to access beaches and shops nearby.

We rented the family penthouse 2 bedroom because that was all that was available for our time so didn’t use one of the bedrooms. Huge apartment with the whole rooftop as a balcony, with 4 lounge chairs and pads, barbecue, table with 4 chairs and additional stacked chairs. All the deck looks out with amazing views of the bay. We used the en suite bedroom with view of bay and the other bedroom has a bathroom outside the door looks to the rear parking. Full size kitchen with everything you need. Full living room with couch and dining room with full length windows and doors to the deck and view. Very nice apartment. We were there for only 3 nights so didn’t cook but ate at the nice restaurant downstairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful, front desk guy was very informative and helpful and restaurant very good for breakfast and dinners. Conveniently located to other restaurants and shops in town. Free parking . Close drive to lots of national parks and other sights. Great place!

The decor was lovely, seems as it has been recently renewed. The room was comfy and clean, and we had a little terrace to get a bit of fresh air.

The family suite we stayed in was huge and very comfortable. The outside deck (rooftop of the hotel) is enormous with table, BBQ and sun lounger. Well kitted kitchen, great air conditioning in the bedrooms (not dining/lounge area) and comfortable beds. Awesome location on the main street with drop-off-and-collect laundry services across the road, plenty of restaurants to pick from and an easy (in distance, not so much in elevation) walk down to Lookout beach

The hôtel staff is lovely, always ready to help. There is also a restaurant downstairs , Adi's kitchen with a lovely food and really friendly staff. The family suite is extraordinary.

The big, nice room with a view, a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom was perfect for a good night's sleep. The super nice staff and great breakfast were also great.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, airy and spotless. Everything we needed was just a few steps away...restaurants, shops, launderette, beauty and hair salons..Adi's restaurant underneath was wonderful for breakfast and dinner too. We cannot recommend highly enough. Pletts finest.
